Day One of the 31 Days of Halloween is HERE!

It's that time again YAY!  The 31 Days of Halloween are upon us!  I only decided at about 2am a couple of days ago to do this and only one tiny or a few tiny complications!  First had not one project ready...kind of a biggie!  Second I am in Japan right now as we get started for the next 12 days this is the second day of our trip!  Soooo I am hoping no Blogger Gremlins hit me while I am gone as I have left the blog in Ghost Nan's capable???? hands :)  But the 31 DOH wouldn't be fun without some massive obstacles being involved so on to the project.

This is a digi named Bea Possessed and was on a dollar sale with a bunch of other artist's digis and Markers!Paper!Digis! and I cannot find my note as to who drew her :(  If you know would you please drop it in the comments below?  Anyway, she is one messed up chick!

Her background is made from left over palette paper acrylic paints brayered over and then stamped with skulls and acrylic paint by DecoArt a new artist soft bodied paint line and the skulls are from Stampendous (winnings from a by gone year!)  The Raven on her head is one from a fabulous gift bag given to me by Tracy!  She is colored with Spectrum Noir markers and her "flawed" area are highlighted with Golden High Gloss Finish.  It is so hard to get rotting flesh exactly the right shade is it not????  The a Tim Holtz Paper Distresser and she is done!  The left corner was possessed and would not stay still for  a photo!

Please go by and check everyone's work out and leave some love!  That is what makes 31 Days worth the stress and massive work....giving a nod of encouragement to your fellow crafter!  So in the spirit of our favorite holiday be generous and kind.

Ghost Nan has now left the blog!  Real Nan is having so much fun thanks Ghost Nan for holding down the fort for me! Oh my I almost forgot!
